Privacy notice
How we handle the details you send us through our contact and demo request forms and the NYX waitlist. Short and in plain English.

What we collect
Only what you type into our forms:
- Contact and demo request forms: your name, email address, company, the details you choose to share about your request (such as industry, call volume, use case or area of interest), your message and your consent.
- NYX waitlist: your full name, work email, company, role, property type, portfolio size, the destinations you want NYX to watch, your current pricing tool and any notes (both optional), and your consent.
Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information through the forms.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, or to arrange the demo you asked for.
- To manage the NYX waitlist: review your application and contact you when a seat opens in your destination.
We use your details on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox on each form, and to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How forms are delivered
Our forms are received by our own website, which is hosted by Vercel. From there they pass through a server we operate and reach our team as a WhatsApp message. Vercel and WhatsApp (operated by Meta) handle what you submit only to deliver it to us, and may process it outside the European Union.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your request or to manage the waitlist. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you access to the data we hold about you;
- correct it (rectification);
- delete it (erasure);
- stop using it (objection), or withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to hello@codexingenium.com and we will reply. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in the country where you live.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so, as with any web request, your browser shares technical data such as its IP address with Google to receive them.
If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
